Recognizing Exceptional Students
Erdmann & Stumbo, PLLC is thrilled to announce the recipients of our 2024 ESLAWKY $1,000 Scholarship. This scholarship empowers students in Madison County, KY, to address critical road safety issues. We are proud to support two exceptional students who have demonstrated dedication and insight in their essays.
Northern End of the County: Emily Barney
Emily Barney, a graduate of Madison Central High School, from the northern end of the county, has impressed us with her outstanding academic achievements and community involvement. Emily plans to attend the University of Kentucky where she will pursue her academic journey. Her essay topic for the scholarship application focused on the critical issue of drunk driving.
Southern End of the County: James Lovins
James Lovins, a graduate of Madison Southern High School from the southern end of the county, has also demonstrated outstanding insight through his essay on the dangers of cellphones and driving. James plans to attend Eastern Kentucky University to further his education. We are excited to see the contributions he will make in addressing important issues in our community.
