Brooks Stumbo is a founding member of Erdmann & Stumbo, PLLC, and focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, social security disability and domestic relations. This includes representing clients who have been injured in automobile accidents, tractor-trailer accidents or are seeking social security disability benefits.
Brooks is a native of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law (J.D. 2006) and Centre College (B.A. 2002). Brooks has been admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association, is licensed to practice in all state courts within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and is qualified to handle social security disability cases and appeals.
Prior to entering private practice, Brooks served as law clerk to Honorable Jean Chenault Logue and Honorable Jeffrey M. Walson of the Madison Circuit Court, Family Court Division. Since entering private practice, Brooks has represented numerous clients who have been injured in automobile accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, by dram shops (alcohol sellers) or have been in need of social security disability benefits.
Brooks and his wife, Julie, reside in Richmond and have two children.
